1.0 M Sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate is completely soluble in water at 4 degrees Celsius and higher temperatures. Below 4 degrees Celsius 1.0 M Sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate will crystallize out of solution. If this happens, warm the reagent at 37 degrees until complete solubility is observed (4 to 8 hours) and then store the reagent between 4 and 25 degrees Celsius.
