Finally, Solo Leveling, the manhwa with record-breaking sales and filled power action fantasy with outrageous power levels is coming to your screens.

The anime for Solo Leveling has just been announced and fans will definitely hyped for it.

Solo Leveling is known for its insane battles and solid world-building, despite some fans finding the storyline lacking due to its pace.

Solo Leveling was created in South Korea by Chugong and began life as a web novel.

Kakao later published the web comic Only I Level Up, which was popular among online readers, before it was renamed to Solo Leveling and illustrated by Jang-Sung-Rank (aka Dubu).

A Solo Leveling video game is also in works and there are rumours of a live-action series in the pipeline.

Solo Leveling is set in a world where hunters, humans who possess magical abilities and must battle monsters to protect the human race from annihilation. The story revolves around a kid named Jinwoo Sung who is deemed the weakest hunter of them all.

One day, after narrowly escaping death from a double dungeon, Jinwoo got a mysterious program called the System that makes him the sole player and he gets the rare ability to level up in strength indefinitely.

Jinwoo then sets out on a journey to fight many kinds of monsters, which surprises many strong hunters due to his sheer power.

But everything comes with a cost.

What makes this adaptation surprising is the people behind this anticipated anime.

The animation will done by A-1 Pictures, the same studio behind other popular anime like Fairy Tail, Seven Deadly Sins dan Sword Art Online.

The anime’s music is scored by Hiroyuki Sawano, the same composer behind Attack on Titan and Kill la Kill’s wonderful soundtracks.

The anime’s director is Shunsuke Nakashige, who directed many other famous anime such as Sword Art Online: Alicization and some episodes of Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu.

Solo Leveling is set to premiere sometime next year in 2023.
