Are your fed MED/EE considered in your federal withholding on your taxes

The abbreviation "Fed Med/EE" most likely stands for the amount withheld from your paycheck for Medicare (the "EE" usually refers to the "employee" rather than the "employer"). Federal Medicare withholding is not deductible nor creditable on your Federal income tax return and is NOT your Federal withholding.

It sounds to me like you are trying to prepare and file your return before you receive your W-2. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS. You will likely end up preparing it wrong and then have to file an amended return and then put yourself on the IRS's radar screen. WAIT FOR THE W-2.
