Generally this is part of the reason these lessor known brands are cheaper they tend to have very poor support. Your first problem is does it even have a simple method to "unbrick" it even if you have the image. Some router have a special firmware recovery mode you can force them into but you have to follow their steps exactly. Even though it is likely a lot of effort you might find another vendors firmware that will load. These smaller companies especially just buy units from a larger manufacture who stamps their name on the units but they are identical internally. Even very large manufacture say asus or tplink do not actually make their own router an wifi radio chips almost all are made by companies like qualcomm and others. What you need to find is a device that has the exact same cpu/processor/memory as yours.
