@kmhoffva , Kathy, Click on your printer icon on the task bar then you will see three titles which are printer/document/view, click on printer, under printer you will see unpause, then unmark it and start printing. If that does not work you may have a corrupt driver and may have to uninstall it from your computer and reinstall. Good luck.

When I click on the printer icon it only shows Open all Active Printers/Open Printers Folder/Epson Stylus C86 (M). How do you get it to change to your three headings or Unpause.
