  • Diameter: The line segment joining two points (also passing through the centre) is called a diameter. It is the longest chord of a circle.
  • Arc: When two cuts are made on the circumference of a circle, that part is called an arc. The one larger in size is called the major arc, while the another one is the minor arc.
  • Angle: It is the clock-wise or anti-clockwise rotation of a line. It is formed by the intersection of two lines. It is measured in degrees and radians generally.
