Its normally located in the engine compartment, look behind the fuse box cover it might have some signs to help your identify which ones are fuel pump relay and fuse. Thanks

SOURCE: fuse box diagram for 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan.

The panel or the housing normally lists the names of the items that are controlled by the fuses. If that doesnt work, disconnect the battery terminals and you are good to go

Check your owners manual. 2 Places. Under hood AND Left side of dash on the end, visible Only with drivers door open.

SOURCE: fuel pump fuse or relay location

Fuel pump relay is located in your fuse and relay box under the engine hood by your battery. The relay will be labeled fuel pump. Good luck and keep us posted.

SOURCE: 1988 dodge ram charger looking for fuse or relay

relay is located on driver side under hood mounted on fender back from battery use a test light there is a couple of relays there also going to distributor good luck

The fuel pump relay is located in the power distribution center, at the lefthand side of the engine compartment and behind the battery.
