What is Spiritual Heart
Spiritual heart is the organ responsible for generation of the emotions of love — the chakra anahata (the middle dantyan). This term may denote also the energy of consciousness that begins its development in the chakra anahata (in the middle dantyan).
In many traditions, spiritual seekers worked with the spiritual heart — in Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, and in other religious directions.
However strange it may be, there are numerous attempts to determine its location, including quite preposterous ones.
Some early Christians believed that it was located in the physical heart. Or some were “firmly convinced” that the spiritual heart, unlike the physical one, is located in the right part of the chest. On some schemes published in contemporary literature, the spiritual heart is depicted as located around the stomach area.
In reality, the spiritual heart starts growing from the center of the thorax, and when developed at least within the physical body — it occupies the entire volume of the thorax.
“Opening” the spiritual heart is the main point on the initial stage of spiritual development. For the majority of people it is the first possibility to experience what love is, and not just to talk about it.
This first step of spiritual heart development is mastered when it has filled the whole chest, what makes one capable of living in the state of stable concentration of the consciousness in the spiritual heart, perceiving the outer world with it and acting “from it”, including speaking.
If one accomplished this and stays with the concentration of the consciousness in the spiritual heart, such a person is no longer able to enter into emotional states other than variations of cordial love.
This radically changes one’s relationships with the environment, including other people. In addition, the health gets improved dramatically.
Those, who settled in this state, who got used to living in it and will continue living so until the end of their incarnation, after leaving the body are going to appear among other blissful souls in paradise.
Very few people have a developed spiritual heart “from birth” (i.e. from the previous incarnation).
For the rest of people, use of special psychic techniques, which have been developed by spiritual schools of Taoism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, and other religious traditions.
For example, during the first centuries of the Christian era, many true spiritual seekers used the method, known as the Jesus prayer, for developing this organ. Yet, the effectiveness of this method was not high due to lack of the knowledge about the nature of consciousness and the structure of the human organism. Therefore, only a few of those practicing the Jesus prayer achieved success with its help, after many years of practicing it.
At present, there are effective methods that allow one to “open” the spiritual heart in 1-2 months. They are described, in particular, in the book of Vladimir Antonov Spiritual Practices. Training Aid.
