stateofdecay.com State of Decay 3 is an upcoming open-world survival game and the next evolution in the State of Decay franchise. Set years after a zombie apocalypse nearly wiped out humankind, the undead threat continues to spread, forcing survivors to fight back and reclaim lost ground while building a sustainable community.

The game remains unreleased, with no confirmed release date.

Players will manage a group of survivalist homesteaders, making critical decisions that shape in-game events and storylines. Every choice carries weight. If a community member is lost to the undead, they are gone permanently, along with their skills.

The game will also feature online multiplayer for up to four players, allowing friends to work together in a persistent world, building and expanding a shared base.
