Stephen Cheeseman was born in England in 1958 and following a career in furniture design and sales started painting in 1995. His technical drawing and designs were influenced by training with Crawfurd Adamson and Robin Holtam who he spent several months painting alongside. Working mainly in Oil Pastels Stephen captures the movement of sporting events using sketches and photographic references
