University of Pennsylvania Student Performing Arts Center tops out! The new center frames a vibrant gateway to the historic campus, bringing together flexible performance and rehearsal spaces as a hub for the student performing arts community.

Hudson L-House serves as a live-work space for modern furniture gallerists in Upstate New York. Winner of THE PLAN Award 2025 (House/Completed) and shortlisted in the Dezeen Awards (House/Urban) 2025.

‘Z’ Space, a new 1,200-square-foot artists’ residency studio and pavilion in Pound Ridge, NY, has broken ground. The studio is designed as work and exhibition space for a visual or performing artist or small collectives. Winner of THE PLAN Award 2025 (Culture/Future).

Architecture is a form of poetry written in space, light, and material. We seek a level of meaning that goes beyond function to reach the metaphysical aspect of design. Each site offers a poetic link to what a building can be.

The 1,300-seat concert hall for the city of Ostrava, Czech Republic, is the new home for the Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra, the leading Czech symphony orchestra.

ANCHORING

We aspire to architecture unique to its site and circumstance. Rather than imposing a style, we aim to realize poetic and functional architecture where each site is the physical and metaphysical foundation.
