The Stratosphere Tower is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States. It is one of the most exciting attractions to visit in Las Vegas. The attraction is a resort with a casino and hotel all in one location.

One of the popular thrill rides is known as SkyJump Las Vegas. In the course of the ride, group members will experience a controlled descent that sends you off of the 108th floor of the Vegas Resort Tower at a scream-inducing speed. It reaches a height of 829 feet and holds a Guinness World Record. Another ride is known as Insanity. This ride offers visitors a mind-bending experience. A massive mechanical arm extends out 64 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower at a height of over 900 feet. Riders will spin in the open air at speeds of up to three ‘G’S. Then you will be propelled up to an angle up to 70 degrees, which will tilt your body into one position – straight down. If group members are brave enough to keep their eyes open, they will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of historic downtown Las Vegas.

Big Shot is another fun thrill ride at the Stratosphere Tower. While the group is on the ride, you will be catapulted from the 921-foot high platform up the tower’s mast to a height of 1,081 feet and go back down again. Then riders will be shot back up again at forces unmatched by other Vegas thrill parks. You will experience four’ G’s of force.
