GWR measures 6 times in a single day (3 lying down and 3 standing) in that video Sultan's posture was not good and he was standing with the shorter leg(4+cm less) and this was late evening. He is standing fairly well though, I think they probably did measure him lying down to be able to get the 250's figure.
