SummerSlam 2022, the biggest party of the summer, is set to take place in Nashville on Saturday (July 30). The event is stacked with marquee matches and Brock Lesnar will main event the show with Roman Reigns, who will put his Undisputed Universal Championship on the line. Other top titles will also be defended at the event.

Even though Seth Rollins' planned match against Riddle was pulled from the event earlier in the week, he is still expected to be part of the show. As the WWE Universe anxiously waits for SummerSlam 2022, here's all you need to know about the event -

Surprises planned

Since Rollins isn't expected to miss the show and the WWE hasn't announced his opponent yet, there will be a mystery superstar who will challenge the Grand Slam champion. As per a report, Dolph Ziggler is likely to challenge Rollins in a one-on-one match. Ziggler has been appearing on Raw of late.

Another report has suggested that The Undertaker is in Nashville. Since he is there, the company can surprise the fans by putting him on the show. But nothing is confirmed and the WWE Hall of Famer might be there only to witness the show.

SummerSlam 2022 is scheduled to start at 5:30 AM IST on July 31. It will take place on Saturday evening in USA.

SummerSlam 2022 will have a live telecast on Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 3 and Sony Ten 4 in India. The biggest party of the summer will have a live streaming on SonyLiv.
