Hit The Floor returns picking up right where it left off–with Jelena lying unconscious on the floor in a puddle of her own blood! Sloane finds her and quickly calls for help just as Jude arrives on the scene. The paramedics cut her clothes off of her and transport her to the hospital. Jelena dreams Raquel is sitting next to her at the hospital and she suddenly wakes up in her room, stabilized. A detective arrives and questions Sloane and Jude, revealing they are on his list of suspects. Later, he questions not only Sloane and Jude, but Ahsha, Terrance, and Zero as well. Each of them give him their alibi while he calls out their motive for wanting to kill Jelena. The police, looking to question Oscar for Jelena’s shooting, arrive at his home and free Lionel and Pete from the garage before the carbon monoxide could suffocate them. When questioned by the police, Pete tells them Oscar tried to kill Lionel.

Ahsha is relieved her mother is okay, but goes to see Derek and fill him in on what is going on. He sees them not being able to leave as a blessing, meaning they do not have to elope and can have a traditional wedding with their friends and family. Jude and Zero recap where they were as well when Jelena was killed, and have sex to celebrate them not having to leave under police order. Everyone learns Jelena is going to recover. Pete arrives back to his desk and finds Sloane’s gun missing from his drawer. He calls Ahsha to question her about it, but she claims not to know where it is.  Later, Derek visits Jelena and tells her he is leaving The Devils and moving to Miami, tiring of her ongoing feud with Ahsha. Jelena tells him he is the team and if he tries to leave she will come after him. Derek warns her of what he is capable of as well and then leaves.

The PI finds Zero’s sister, revealing she is a senior in college in Massachusetts and is doing well. He decides he will call her after the game. Jelena brings Terrence lab paperwork, proving she is infertile. He apologizes for not believing her, but she can tell he still does not trust her. Just before the game, Ahsha confronts Derrick about Mandy. He promises to talk with her later. The Devil Girls perform, and then seat Ahsha as Derrick comes to propose to her! She accepts! Kyle meets with the mystery man who turns out to be Raquel’s lawyer. He gives her a flash drive. That night, she and Derrick celebrate with her parents, but Kyle interrupts them with news. On television, a video of Raquel has gone viral that clears German of Olivia’s murder. Raquel corroborates his story! Kyle tells them it is up to the judge to decide what happens to German now. After the game, Jelena has a drink at the Playground, talking out her problems to Raquel and then saying aloud how much she misses her.

Hit The Floor begins with German being rushed to the hospital after being stabbed by Chase for killing Olivia. Ahsha tries to ride with him in the ambulance, but the officers tell her he is now a prisoner and stops her. Raquel goes to the hospital to get a higher dosage on her pain medicine. There, she and Kyle meet a sexy doctor and flirt with him until Raquel’s physician admits her, revealing her conditioning has deteriorated faster than expected.

Hit The Floor begins with Ahsha tending to Derrick’s wounds after his violent confrontation with German. He feels guilty about how they rekindled her relationship. She tells him she made her own decision to be with him again, and that she only went back to German because she wanted to be safe. Pete visits Sloane in jail and consoles her, he tells her he got rid of the gun and promises to bail her out.

She agrees, but only if Jelena makes her captain of The Devil Girls. After their performance, she reluctantly agrees and tells Ahsha about her mother being incarcerated.

Hit The Floor begins with the revelation of murder. German confesses to Ahsha how he accidentally killed Olivia and why. She is taken aback by his confession, but realizes he loves and needs her so much. At the arena, Jude and Zero make a hasty escape upon the revelation of their relationship. Lionel is surprised that Zero is who Jude has been keeping a secret.

Hit The Floor begins with the revelation of murder. German confesses to Ahsha how he accidentally killed Olivia and why. She is taken aback by his confession, but realizes he loves and needs her so much. At the arena, Jude and Zero make a hasty escape upon the revelation of their relationship. Lionel is surprised that Zero is who Jude has been keeping a secret. The next day, Ahsha goes to check on her father, but he warns her it is too dangerous to visit him at he and Sloane’s home. Jelena learns that Lionel and their backer, Jo, are romantically linked; with the latter wanting to hurt Lionel for hurting him. Jelena and Terrence confront him with the information and get him to give him the lead on Amin, the owner of the arena to cause trouble for Lionel. At the Playground, Raquel’s former coworker invites her out, she enlists Kyle as a babysitter for her son, Miguel. Ahsha goes to see Derrick and tells him that she cannot tell or leave German and then has “goodbye sex” with him. Sloane settles in at the hotel selected for her witness protection. Pete tries to dissuade her, feeling they cannot trust the authorities. She still opts to stay.

Hit The Floor begins with Sloane in “protective mother mode” as she makes Ahsha move out for her safety. German helps her pack to move into his place, much to Sloane’s gratitude. Kyle and her friend decide to go to the cabins to “write” their script and hire Raquel as their casting director. At the arena, Terrence runs into Derrick and feels guilty about agreeing to trade him to keep Zero quiet about them purchasing the team. Jelena consoles him, telling him they did what they had to do. Elsewhere, Zero meets with Jude privately and betrays Jelena and Terrence to him. Jude is grateful for the information, but tells him he still wants nothing to do with him until he is ready to give him what he wants. Lionel, enraged, decides to throw a grand party to outbid Terrence and Jelena’s plans. She places Ahsha in charge of the first dance of the season and gives her $200K to pull it off, much to Jelena’s chagrin. She then tells Ahsha to pack her bags and prepare to help her sway the press in Las Vegas. Later, Jelena and Terrence meet with Pete, hoping he will help them purchase the team. Sloane’s bodyguard teaches her how to shoot her illegal gun.

Sloane voices her reservations about Pete’s alliance with Jelena and Terrence, but he insists Terrence will keep Jelena honest. He encourages her to talk to him. Kyle and her friend start on the script only to keep stopping to have sex. At the arena, Ahsha choreographs the dance with The Devil Girls, but finds some opposition from Jelena. German finds a picture of Derrick in Pete’s office when he goes to update his binder and smashes it. He tells Pete it was an accident. Zero waits for Jude by his car, thanking him for plastering his pictures all over the arena. He in turn tells Zero it was Lionel’s doing and that he is a valuable member of the team. Realizing that he is losing Jude, Zero confesses his love for him, and Jude does the same, but tells him it is not enough if he cannot be with him they he needs him to be. Zero tells him he cannot, Jude speeds off angrily.

Hit The Floor begins dangerously with Sloane still being held hostage by her kidnapper and desperate to find a way out. Elsewhere, Ahsha and German plan their move to Boston, but are interrupted by a text from Lionel, demanding she come to see her at the arena.

Elsewhere, Ahsha and German plan their move to Boston, but are interrupted by a text from Lionel, demanding she come to see her at the arena. Terrence and Jelena plan their engagement party and “coming out” as a power couple at the Devil’s Playground. Ahsha arrives to see Lionel, who makes her a Devil Girl again and tells her it was a condition of Derrick’s contract. Ahsha refuses unless she gets to choreograph as well. Lionel agrees and makes quips about her relationship with German. Raquel and Kyle speak to a doctor about the former’s enlarged heart. He tells her they caught it in time and with proper medication and dieting she can no longer dance due to it being too strenuous for her. At the arena, Zero is surprised to learn that Derrick is now the team captain and confront Jelena and Terrence at the Playground about their plan to buy The Devils. He tells them when they buy the team they must trade Derrick or he will blow their secret to the Kincaids. Pete begins to look for Sloane when she does not show up for breakfast. Elsewhere, the kidnapper tells Sloane she is going to kill herself and demands she write a note. She refuses until he threatens Ahsha.

VH-1’s Hit The Floor is back! The drama begins with the Devil Girls annual audition where Jelena and Sloane shoot each other evil glares. The auditions seem to go off without a hitch. Elsewhere, Ahsha auditions for a music video, hopeful she will get back to dancing. When she leaves the audition, German is there waiting for her with white rose, assuring her all will be well. Lionel goes to speak with Terrence while he and Derek work out in the gym. Terrence tries to assure her that his knee has healed up, but she does not seem convinced he is well enough to play. Later, Jelena massages his knee as he tells her how cold Lionel was to him. She assures him everything will be fine. They make love on his sofa. Kyle arrives home to be scolded by Raquel for leaving her closet full of adult toys unlocked. Raquel’s son, Miguel, got into them much to Kyle’s chagrin. The two began to argue like a real married couple as Ahsha looks on.

Jude does not turn him down, or sign back on, but advises him to use more bronzer as “photo shop can only do so much.” That night, Pete and Sloane’s lovemaking is cut short when Ahsha arrives home. She asks her mother can she move back in, feeling Raquel and Kyle’s apartment is too crowded. She also admits to missing her. Sloane agrees

Elsewhere, a detective arrives to question Jude about his whereabouts the day Olivia was killed. He leaves with no new information, but Jude is terrified. At the arena, German and Ahsha discuss sleeping together the night before. He admits he never got over, and would try again with her if she is sure that he is what she truly wants. He gives her time to really think about it and is okay with her decision either way. The detective questions Jelena at The Playground, she tells him she was sleeping the night Olivia was murdered. She tells him she hopes whoever killed her is also killed. At rehearsal, Jelena pushes the girls warning them their dance must be perfect. Jelena and Ahsha face off again about their dancing. The latter suggests she retire. Jude arrives home and tells Zero he must become the MVP to get his life back. They are interrupted by a wedding invitation from Lionel and Oscar, she makes him her Man of Honor. Back at Sloane’s house, she and Pete question why the two of them would get married and if Lionel has her evidence. They join forces to get the evidence back.
