How to Unlock “Tail of Watatsumi”
Go to Watatsumi Island and Talk to Tsuyuko
“Tail of Watatsumi” is located at Watatsumi Island, in the nation of Inazuma. You can start the Moon-Bathed Deep quest after talking to the NPC Tsuyuko in Mouun Shrine.
The Eye of Watatsumi, Fang of Watatsumi, Fin of Watatsumi, and Tail of Watatsumi sub-quests will appear at the same time and can be completed in any order.

“Tail of Watatsumi” Walkthrough
Go to the ''Tail'' in Watatsumi
Go to the location of the Tail Seal shrine, on an island southeast of Bourou Village.
Read the Ancient Stone Tablet
Read the Ancient Stone Tablet near the locked shrine. It will direct you towards the seal puzzle nearby.
Break the Tail Seal
Solve the Electric Lamp Puzzle
Grab an Electrograna from the nearby Thunder Sakura Bough and light all six Electric Lamps near the shrine. In order to light the lamps, simply approach the Electric Lamp and let the Electrograna send a spark of Electro to it.
Defeat the Fatui Ambushers
Defeat the Fatui enemies that will appear after you solve the puzzle. We recommend having a Pyro and Hydro character to deal with their armor!
Obtain the Spirit Pearl
Go back to the Shrine to obtain the Spirit Pearl, and you can go to the next location. If you have broken the seals on all four of the shrines, the Heart of Watatsumi will appear next!
