What time is it?  Saat kaç? 
It's one.  Bir. 
It's two/three/four...  İki/üç/dört… 
It's noon.  Öğle vakti. 
It's midnight.  Gece yarısı. 
It's 5:05  Beşi beş geçiyor. 
It's 8:15  Sekizi çeyrek geçiyor. 
It's 9:45 (common use)  Dokuz kırk beş. 
It's 8:50  Dokuza on var. 
It's 5:35 (common use)  Beş otuz beş. 
It's 3:30  Üç buçuk. 

It is also common to give the hour and the minute simply, an easier way to tell the time (the two examples in parentheses show this).
