Our Standard Tesla Home Installation Includes:

  • 3 phases RCBO, 32A, Type A protection device in the existing utility panel box.
  • 15m of 6.0mm 3-phases cable run
  • The Tesla charging station will be installed at customer preferred location per assessment
  • The Tesla charging station will be fully tested and certified as operational in your home
  • Industry-leading warranty

Tesla Turn-Key Home Installation Process

  • The customer is contacted within 24 hours of an initial enquiry by EVSE and forwarded to the closest local Installation agent.
  • Agent organizes an inspection date within 24-48 hours of information provided by EVSE.
  • Install to be completed within 5 business days following install date confirmation.
  • If work required exceeds the standard installation, the installer offers the Customer and/or Retailer an individual quote for further work.

Not Included in your home installation

  • Custom Work: Work outside of the scope of the standard installation described above will be at extra cost, and sold by the EVSE Certified Installers directly to the consumer. EVSE has negotiated regional contractor pricing to ensure controls on pricing and customer experience.
  • Please note – for any installation package that is purchased for an apartment or multi-purpose development there is a high likelihood that there will be additional custom charges. These charges will be determined and quoted to you before they are charged to you.

Scope of Works

  • If work required exceeds the standard installation, the installer offers the Customer and/or Retailer an individual quote for further work.
  • The standardized installation makes provisions for both single or three phase connections with a charger installed within 15 meters of a buildings electrical box. The installation only makes provisions for a customer’s existing available electricity and does not include costs involved in having to upgrade a domestic electricity supply ie 3-phase when only single phase power available at the home.
  • Work to be conducted within normal business hours.
