In case you missed it, Dunkin' Donuts recently made headlines when they launched a breakfast sandwich featuring Beyond sausage. At first, the vegan-friendly menu item (well, if you nix the eggs and cheese...) was only available in Manhattan, but now you can grab the a.m. meal in 9,000 locations nationwide. That said, unfortunately none of the brand's claim to fame (donuts, duh!) are vegan as of now. Which begs the question, if you're visiting a Dunkin' Donuts...what other vegan options are available?
1Beyond Sausage Breakfast Sandwich

The aforementioned breakfast sandwich is made with plant-based meat substitute Beyond sausage. While the patty itself is vegan, the sandwich—which come with a fried egg and cheese—is not. So just be sure to nix those add-ons for a satisfying breakfast sandwich that's totally vegan-friendly. You can also get the Beyond sausage on a breakfast wrap, if that's your preference.
Per serving (including egg and cheese): 470 cal, 24 g fat (8 g sat), 38 g carbs, 3 g sugar, 910 mg sodium, 2 g fiber, 24 g protein
2Bagels

As a vegan, you may not be able to sink your teeth into a Dunkin' donut, but their bagels are fair game. According to their website, the cinnamon raisin, plain, everything, and sesame bagels are vegan. Note: They're multigrain bagel contains honey, so depending on your beliefs, this may not be considered vegan.
Just be sure to skip the cream cheese. (Or try one of these vegan cream cheese alternatives.)
