Will The Chosen have a season 4?

Yes, The Chosen Season 4 was confirmed by director Dallas Jenkins in a youtube live session in Feb 2023. The director has to say that he’s so excited to bring another season of the faith based drama series and thrilled to see support from kind audience who are donating for the God’s work.

When is season 4 of the chosen coming out?

Filming for the fourth season officially began on 18 April 2023 and is expected to wrap by July 2023. Dallas posted some celebration clips on 25 May saying that half of the filming is over.

In the clip, the cast members can be seen singing a song together wearing the same outfits as they are wearing in the series.

Additionally, he shared a twitter thread that reads, “Today is day 37 of 74 days of filming Season Four. If you’re into math, you’ll note that’s the halfway point of the season, but even more of note, it’s the halfway point of all seven seasons.”

The third season began filming in May 2022 and wrapped after five months in Sep 2022. After that, it took nearly two months to begin airing in December 2022.

The Chosen Season 4 Release Date

Season 4 has wrapped filming in July 2023 then we can expect the new season of The Chosen to be released in November 2023. It will have eight holy episodes with an hour long duration.

The filming for the season 4 was done in Goshen, Utah and at Camp Hoblitzelle in Midlothian, Texas during mid-2023. Production team of The Chosen utilized Goshen to shoot the scenes that were set in Jerusalem while Midlothian is served as a perfect setting for Israel themed scenes.

According to Deadline’s report, The CW network has taken over the first three seasons of The Chosen in June 2023 inside the United States. The series will start airing on the network from 16 July 2023 and continue till Christmas eve 2023.

The series is already available for Free on The Chosen app and now the faith based series has discovered a broadcasting home in the US. All episodes of the series are also streaming on Peacock, BYUtv, Netflix, and Roku.
