The Cycle: Frontier, like many other F2P PvPvE games, has seasons that segment up its ongoing content. With the current season in full swing, you may be wondering what will happen to your progress when the next season rolls around.

Here is a breakdown of exactly what progression stays (and goes) with each Season refresh.

What Happens At the End of A Season?

You'll be surprised to learn that essentially all progression is wiped as a season in The Cycle: Frontier concludes. This includes your Stash of acquired items and materials, your Quarter Upgrades, and even more shockingly, your Faction Levels. This puts everyone on a completely level playing field with the start of each new season, though this does of course mean some of your in-game purchases will become invalid if you don't make full use of them within that given season.

The only two things guaranteed to remain are your Aurum balance and your acquired cosmetics. As with other Battle Pass systems, if you don't reach tier 100 you miss out on any of those unclaimed rewards, incentivizing you to play the game consistently should you buy into the paid Fortuna Pass.
