Abstract
"The devil's sperm is cold!". Is the present medical attitude really more pertinent than this scolastic statement used by the Saint Inquisition to track down witches? The purpose of the present article is to question our modern attitude and to confront it to medical practice. Everyone will work out his one vision of sexuality in conformity with the time he lives in. If the field of sexuality were limited to sexology, then the physician would probably not offer a great help to his patients to reduce their sexual problems; thus it is worthwhile to accurately describe the various attitudes and questions involved. It is hoped that their outmatching would make it possible for the physician to create a new approach in the still significant framework of the doctor-patient relationship.
