There are four safe combinations and codes located in The Last of Us Part 1 remake for safes nearby. They are:

• Bill's Town safe code and combination: 5-17-21
• Pittsburgh safe code and combination: 22-10-56
• The Suburbs safe code and combination: 8-21-36

The Outskirts safe can be found in the subway in a shop, while Bill's Town's safe is on the main street. Pittsburgh's safe is in the hotel lobby and The Suburb's safe is in the final house after escaping the sewers on the second floor.
