The Thief Stone is one of the stones in the first group of Guardian Stones you find. These stones are located southwest of Riverwood (you'll probably find it during Before the Storm) and it allows you to learn all Stealth Skills 20% faster. Your Stealth skills are:

  • Alchemy
  • Light Armor
  • Lockpicking
  • Pickpocket
  • Sneak
  • Speech
