The crew that took care of my move did a fantastic job of communicating, making sure all the materials were wrapped in blankets and bubble wrap (adequately - I have had previous damage from movers, and none here), being helpful., and being on time. They went out of their way to make sure everything was cared for, would not be damaged, took everything apart, and rebuilt everything at my new house. They even took the time to make sure I was ok with how everything was wrapped and being handled. The politeness and extra attention is very appreciated. I’ve personally moved 7 times in the last 10 years and this was by far the best move I’ve had. We went for the middle range of pricing because expensive isn't always best and cheapest isn't always good. Good choice! This crew was friendly, timely, quick to load and unload, polite and respectful of our property. Our refrigerator was very difficult to get into our new house, so it suffered a little damage on one the door. I'm not complaining, just being accurate with my review. Accidents DO happen!! I would use Brothers Moving and Storage again and recommend them to you and my friends. Very pleasant experience. Thanks for getting us moved into our new home! Other movers were apprehensive due to a small crack and a natural weak area in the slab. I requested 4 strong guys and I got the best. They were courteous, friendly, and careful. They did not use foul language and I appreciated that. I thought the slab would require a crate and they would have built it if that's what I wanted but it would have made it a lot more expensive to move. Instead they wrapped it in blankets and shrink wrap with cardboard for added strength. They explained what they would do and they followed our instructions on how we wanted it lifted. Everything worked out great. Even though it was just one item and 6 other boxes they did not mind.
