The underwear fold involves tucking the pants into themselves, to create a neat rectangle of fabric.

Fans flocked to her page to praise the fold and were quick to try it out for themselves.

How to fold underwear

1. Place the pants on a flat surface facing upwards.
2. Tuck the outer ends of the waistband into the middle.
3. Take the bottom of the pants and tuck them up, about a quarter of the way up.
4. Bend the waistband down, and then tuck the bottom of the pants into the waistband to create your fold.

The video inspired one follower, who said: "I went through and folded all my underwear this way, and it made such a difference!

"I freed up 5 pockets in my drawer organizer (which means I can buy more right?)"
