TikTok is an Internet service that enables users to create short videos and view them through a web browser, created in 2016 by Beijing Internet technology company ByteDance Ltd and launched globally as one of their flagship applications in 2016. Since its debut, millions of people around the world have downloaded TikTok apps.

Since 2017, the logo has been further enhanced by adding “TikTok.” At first, “Tik” and “Tok” were written separately with wide indents; later they merged together into one word in 2018. Finally, its letter O was given a blue-purple outline similar to a musical note.

TikTok’s logo was designed using Futura Maxi Bold font while its “T” letter uses Conference Regular font.
