Selleck was a talented athlete in college, playing basketball and baseball at the University of Southern California. He is also an accomplished volleyball player and was even named honorary captain of the U.S. Olympic men’s team in 1984.

I will say that he weighs between 250-300 pounds. In the movie, Monte Walsh (2003) yes his shirt off and his waist is bigger than his chest. However, he may have lost some of that weight by now.

Just an opinion but Tom needs to lose 50 pounds and grow some curls back. I know he can’t be Magnum again, but that crew cut and widow’s peak make him resemble Dracula. OK, so he is older but be the best you can be at any age. Older is not an excuse for overweight; it is bad for the heart. He is overweight and looks sour and grouchy and bloated, and overall, seems uncomfortable in his skin on TV. He would be happier minus 50 pounds.

- Good grief .!!! There are a multitude of reasons for how he may appear. Being so judgmental for someone you view on tv occasionally is rude. Obviously you’re a fan of the Kardashian clone work motto of have an issue, call a plastic surgeon. He is a great guy, great actor !!

he is 72 years old… he looks great for 72 i would say 250 wide not fat, but wider than a younger version of himself. at 6 foot 4 250 isnt a bad weight. especially given his age.

- He’s been married to his current (2nd) wife Jillie Mack since the mid eighties and they have one child together, Hannah. His other child is Kevin, son of his first wife whom he adopted. He is a handsome man with great standards and generosity and someone Hollywood hasn’t tarnished .

Okay so he’s not 200 lb anymore but there’s no way he’s 285 lb. PS my favorite clip of him is in the opening of Magnum PI when he pulls away in the Ferrari and his hair is kind of wet and he gives the boyish little grin, yummy!
