Thousand Oaks, California (CA), US Thomas William "Tom" Selleck (born January 29, 1945) is an American actor and film producer best known for his starring role as the private investigator Thomas Magnum in the television series Magnum, P.I. (1980–1988), which was based in Hawaii. He currently plays Police Chief Jesse Stone in a series of made-for-TV movies based on Robert B. Parker novels. Since 2010, he has appeared as NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan in the drama Blue Bloods on CBS. Selleck has appeared in more than fifty film and television roles since Magnum, P.I., including Three Men and a Baby, Quigley Down Under, Mr. Baseball, and Lassiter. Selleck appeared as Dr. Richard Burke on Friends, where he played the on-again, off-again love-interest of Monica Geller (Courteney Cox), and as A.J. Cooper on the TV series Las Vegas.

The actor lives on this 60-acre restored 1910 hunting lodge on his Ventura County, Calif., ranch. The property has a 1926 ranch house, a horse corral, a 20-acre working avocado farm, a private helipad (linked below and can be seen at the top left of the Yahoo! I would like to tell him the things he is telling about reverse mortgages are not all true. My father had a RM he has passed away and I’m am selling the house. There are so many charges on it it is terrible. The insurance has been paid continuously since he died, with proof to the mortgage company. They charged over 4,000.00 for Insurance, once again I had our agent contact them, the are refunding half of the payment. The o ly way someone should get the mortgage is if they are destitute or there is no one to leave the house to and it can just go back to the mortgage company.
