| Ingredients: |
| 3 Ripe Tomatoes |
| 1 Carrot |
| 1 Celery stick |
| 1/2 cup Water |
| 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, optional |
| 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (or to taste) |
| A pinch of Salt, optional |
| 2-3 Ice Cubes |
We have used fresh roma tomatoes, carrot and celery to make this juice.
Cut tomatoes, carrot and celery into big pieces.
Place all the veggies in the big jar of a blender along with 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or to taste) and 1/2 cup water.
Blend until smooth.
If you prefer, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer. Discard the fibrous pulp. Add 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper and a pinch of salt. Add 2-3 ice cubes to a serving glass and pour juice over it. Serve it for immediate consumption. It stays good for 1 day in the refrigerator.
- Place an empty container beneath the nozzle of juice extractor and process tomatoes, carrots and celery.
- When juicing process is complete, add salt and black pepper in extracted juice and mix well.
Tips and Variations: - For variation, add 1/2 cucumber and 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves (cilantro).
- Add 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or 1 cayenne pepper to make it spicier.
