Learn how to track your Amazon package, find your Amazon tracking ID and how to track your Amazon order from Your Orders

Your Orders

To track your package:

  1. Visit Your Orders.
  2. Find the order that you want to track.
  3. Select Track Package next to your order. The delivery method and carrier for your package will be given here and in your dispatch confirmation e-mail.
Note:
  • If the order you want to view isn't displayed, change the 'past three months' option at the top of the Your Orders screen.
  • Orders for Heavy or Bulky items, products worth more than S$400, or products requiring age verification will require a signature at the point of delivery. For more details, visit our Help Page Sign for an Order.
  • If your order is labeled as delivered, but you haven't received it, check Find a Missing Package for more information
  • For Amazon Fresh orders that you haven’t received yet, refer to Amazon Fresh - FAQ for more information.

Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:

  • A delay in the updates to the tracking database.
  • Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, aren't trackable.
  • Third-party sellers sometimes don't provide Amazon with tracking information for their orders.

If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually, packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.

For orders Fulfilled by Amazon, usually, up-to-date tracking information is available within Your Orders. If you wish to contact the carrier delivering your package for additional information, check How to Contact our Carriers.

Note: Make sure that you have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. On the Your Orders page, select Track Package for the order and the tracking ID is listed at the bottom.
