This Trade Side Quest takes place in Hammerlocke. Here's where to find it, details on your Togepi, and where to find a Toxel.
Trade Toxel for Togepi
When you get to Hammerlocke, walk to the left. You'll walk over a bridge and pass another Pokemon Center. You'll see a park where people can battle their Pokemon. Walk past the Rhydon and Gastrodon, towards the corner to talk to the woman in the grey suit. She'll give you her Togepi for your Toxel. The Togepi is named Snips: Lvl. 25, Ability: Serene Grace, Dynamax Lvl. 1.
