Trimix stopped working

I have been nothing but a downward spiral into limp dick hell since this all started 4 years ago. First Viagra and all the pills stopped working so I went to injections. They worked awesome for quite a while. Then they switched compounding pharmacies and it started having issues. The doc tried me on a couple of stronger ones to no avail. They finally admitted guys were having trouble ever since going to the new place so they went back to the original pharmacy. My hope was that everything would return to normal but once again I was wrong. I injected myself with 3 doses of what they call ST8D 35cc each. Got a partial boner not hard enough for penetration.My question to you guys is:Are there other guys out there that the trimix injections stopped working on too? I would like to hear your stories if you feel like sharing them. Problems began in 2011 at 51 yo. I did testosterone/HCG/Anastrozole but it didn't fix erections. Pills and tri-mix worked then failed. It is possible for injections to stop working. Many guys who move on to implants do so because of that very reason. However, I would try your original prescription with 1 or 2 other compounding pharmacies before giving up. You might also consider seeing another urologist who specializes in men's sexual health issue. I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier. I used to use .35 cc, then kept moving up scale to .45, .60, .70, .100 (1 cc). It just plain old quit working over about a 3 year period of time. One time I had a 3 hour erection, most times 20 minutes to an hour but eventually it would not even get hard. Now a shot makes it red, fat and puffy, quite warm to the touch but still limp. Always used 1/2" 29 guage insulin syringes. Mix was: PGE8 -33 MCG/ML PHENTOLAMINE 0.83 MG/ML, and PAPAVERINE 22.5 MG/ML. prescribed .5 to 1cc PRN 1-2 times per week. d LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Mine didn't even last a year. Things were going great. Rock hard each time. Then they switched compounding pharmacies and everything went south. Got harder and harder to get it working and got stronger and stronger formulas. They went back to the original pharmacy but it just plain did not work at all this time. I used all 3 shots trying to make something happen but had to use a ring. When we were finished I looked later and my entire member is black and blue. So much for that! Problems began in 2011 at 51 yo. I did testosterone/HCG/Anastrozole but it didn't fix erections. Pills and tri-mix worked then failed. There are many types of rings, some hurt like hell, some hard to get on and off , some not so bad. Most of the time we would have to stop earaly because the pain from the ring got too bad. I don't blame Mr. Willie, Squeezing an 1 1/2 dia dick down to 5/8ths of an inch with a ring is not a good life. It got to the point I had to pump it up while on cialis or viagra, then do the shot, then pump it some more and put on the ring. by that time my wife had given up an would be playing games on the computer. If I had known or been up to the fight to deal with the insurance company I would have had an implant a few years ago. About all I got out of the shots were more frustrations, a couple months of good sex and peronies. d LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. I agree the rings hurt bad and left me bruised badly. Wife said no more of that. I don't think we will be having sex until after my surgery since mine just stays limp no matter what now. I'm supposed to go back over to try some different injections but I'm not holding my breath. I think my body is crapping out on me.So when/where is your surgery on Feb 24th? What doc? Nice to have a date. I don't even meet with my doc until end of January and then who knows how long until surgery.... Problems began in 2011 at 51 yo. I started injections (after pills did nothing and the pump and rings were just awful) with straight alprostadil 20 mcg and they worked but the aching!! When that didn't work anymore I tried Trimix and eventually that stopped working too. A familiar story, no? Been implanted for 7 months and sorry I didn't do it sooner. larrys1, while you are making the decision to go for an implant or not, you don't have to stop having sex with your wife. There's more ways to enjoy each other than intercourse. We basically gave up on intercourse and did other stuff. It is perfectly possible to have an orgasm without an erection as all three parts of the male response are independent of each other. It's nice when all three parts, erection, orgasm and ejaculation, all work together, but you might as well make use of what does work while you wait to get the erection part fixed.
