I love the name so much, but when he first started writing his name…the lowercase t looked a lot like an f … plus it rhymes lol. It’s perfect though and matches him indefinitely. Plus not too popular, he’s the only Tucker in his grade! We call him Tuck sometimes, when he was a baby it was Tucky or Tuck man. Easy to spell for him & everyone; the initial T is always easy to find!

Husband and I had a hard time agreeing on a name we liked, that went well with the middle name we had chosen (Lake). We were on vacation when I was about 16 weeks and I hsppened to see a commercial for the movie tuck everlasting and asked if he liked Tucker, and we both did so we stuck with it.

We chose the name on a baby name Google search. We loved how it went perfect with the last name, and how it is one of the less used names. I love the name Tucker because it is something that isn’t very common and also something that is more redneck.

I fell in love with Tucker the first time I heard it! My husband’s name is River so I wanted something different to go along with our theme, like Sawyer, Dawson, Raidan (pronounced Ryden) or Tucker. I like the name because it’s different, but dislike it because I can see him having mean nicknames if he were ever bullied lol his name fits him perfectly

My husband had agreed to let me name all children after he named our first, so I got to name our second baby (a boy). When I was a teenager, I met a very handsome guy named Tucker. I had a crush on him and loved his name, partly because I associated it with his good looks and partly because it was unique – I had never met another Tucker. I never forgot that name, and about 15 years when my son was born, I named him Tucker! The only thing I don’t like about the name Tucker is that it rhymes with a bad word. When my son was a few years old, he wouldn’t tell someone his name, so she asked what it rhymes with so she could try to guess. I quickly told her we don’t do rhymes with his name!
