Answer:

Wolf Microwave Ovens beep when any keys are pressed on the control pad by default, but it is possible to toggle the sound off or on. On some models with a reminder beep, the reminder can be turned on or off separately.

MW24 & MWC24

To turn the sound off:

1. Press the Help key.
2. Press the 2 key.
3. Press the Clear key.
4. The unit should no longer beep when a key is pressed.

To turn the sound on:

1. Press the Help key.
2. Press the 2 key.
3. Press the Start key.
4. The unit should beep when a key is pressed

MD24 & MD30

To turn the sound off:

1. Press Settings twice
2. Press Start.
3. "SOUND OFF" will appear on the control panel display.

To turn the sound on:

1. Press Settings twice.
2. Press Start.
3. "SOUND ON" will appear on the control panel display.

To turn the reminder beep on or off:

MWD24 & MWD30

To turn the sound off:

1. Press the Setup / Help key.
2. Press the Setup / Help key again.
3. Press the Start / Add Minute key.
4. "Sound off" appears on the display, and the unit should no longer beep when a key is pressed.

To turn the sound on:

1. Press the Setup / Help key.
2. Press the Setup / Help key again.
3. Press the Start / Add Minute key.
4. "Sound on" appears on the display, and the unit should beep when a key is pressed.

To turn the reminder beep on or off:

MC24 & MS24

To turn the sound off:

1. Press Settings.
2. Press 2.
3. Press Stop/Clear.
4. "Sound Off" will appear on the control panel display.

To turn the sound on:

1. Press Settings.
2. Press 2.
3. Press Start/Quick On.
4. "Sound On" will appear on the control panel display.

MDD24 & MDD30

To turn the sound off:

1. Touch Settings.
2. Touch Decrease.
3. Touch Start.
4. "SOUND OFF" will appear on the control panel display.

To turn the sound on:

1. Touch Settings.
2. Touch Increase.
3. Touch Start.
4. "SOUND ON" will appear on the control panel display.
