Many Prime Video titles include Subtitles, alternative tracks, audio descriptions, or a combination of those features. The range of supported features will depend on the device you’re using.
To turn on Subtitles on Roku devices, press the Home button on your Roku remote, then scroll to the Settings menu. Select Accessibility or Captions, and select Captions mode from the menu, then choose when captions appear (on or off.) Roku devices don’t support Subtitle presets - those presets can be edited on the Settings menu on your Roku device.
