Two questions about both poly routes(maybe I ask one or two more in the future, I love poly routes^^): 1. Are the dates different with these routes in the Date Night DLC?(Like complete new dates or just like in the solo routes but in company with Damián and Eli / Rook and Wren) 2. How are the reactions of Damiáns werewolf pack/ the winter court when they find out Damián is in a relationship with a human and Eli/ Rook is in a relationship with a human and Wren?
1. The dates in the Date Night DLC will be the same. The dates are about spending solo time with the ROs, whether MC is dating multiple ROs or not 😃
2. Fae find humans’ proclivity towards monogamy odd and most fae have multiple partners.
Similarly, werewolves are very group oriented, and while poly relationships aren’t the norm, they’re more common. Werewolves don’t really do the nuclear family thing. The pack looks out for everyone and helps with child raising, etc…
Though, Damián isn’t in a relationship with Eli. And Rook is also not in a relationship with Wren. In each case, they’re just both in a relationship with MC.
Damián and Eli are both private people, so the pack knows but respects their privacy.
The Winter Court is just surprised to see Rook with anyone honestly. But he’s still a bit of a black sheep in their eyes as he only wants the one lover, MC.

How do the ROs species handle cold and hot weather? Like, who physically can handle cold and hot weather with ease and who wants to just stay inside with a heater/AC?
The cold never bothered me anyway: Werewolves, Winter Court fae, vampires
Vampires can also withstand some high heat, as long as they’re not in the sun.
But werewolves do less well in high temps as they’re furnaces themselves. And Winter Court fae hate the heat.

Can vampires have children in the twin coves universe? Wren was half-fae so I assume humans and faes can have children. But how about Lir? Can he have a child with human MC? Just curious! Your writing is awesome and can't wait for more asks to be answered about the ROs to be honest. It's just lovely that you actually take time to answer them! But please let us know when you don’t want to tho❤️ I can’t imagine how busy you are :’(
Vampires can’t have children. But yes, fae and werewolves can have children with humans! Though children between werewolves and humans are either considered werewolves or human, there’s no half-werewolf. Lir can have children with the MC too.
And I love answering asks! I try my best lol. Thank you to all those that send them in! If I ever need a break, I’ll close my inbox, but until then, it’s a small way I can give back to everyone who is excited about Twin Coves :)

What traits will the child receive from the non-human parent?
It depends on the non-human parent. E.g. Werewolves are all or nothing. Fae and human children lean more human, but might have a few physical signs, like more pointed ears, being taller than average, or stronger. The fae characteristics are more apparent depending on if certain criteria are met.

Is it okay to ask about what other supernatural species exist in the Twinbrooks world? Or is that something that’s going to be covered in the game?
Also, happy Valentine’s Day! I hope your weekend is going well!
What’s this Twinbrooks you speak of? Lol
The main three species in the Twin Coves Universe are werewolves, vampires and fae. Other than that… you’ll all find out ;)
lore AnonymousOne of my favorite bits of TC lore: vampires, werewolves and fae all have eyes that do that thing animal eyes do when the light hits ‘em just right in the dark.
Morgan sneaks into the kitchen for a late night snack, opens the fridge, only to look up and see two glowing eyes floating over the sink. They scream. [Insert RO here] just wanted a glass of water.

I searched the blog a bit but couldn't find any asks like this, so, lemme ask. Do the werewolves have any dog/wolf-like tendencies in everyday life? Like shaking to dry off, tilting their heads towards sounds, or enjoying being petted, idk (I don't assume they'd wanna chase stick or anything like that lol)
Nope, they don’t. They act like humans when in human form.
werewolvesrecklesssketches asked:
I’ve fallen down the absolute rabbit hole of eli love and would it be okay to ask if he has some “dog like” tendencies? (Perking up at who’s a good boy, puppy eyes, etc)
Werewolves tend to be very loyal individuals. And they’re very protective of those they love and/or consider family, but that’s about it.
He really likes dogs though?

idk if anyone's asked this yet, but is there an in-between form for werewolves? like claws, ears, tails, fangs, but still humanoid?
No, it’s human or big wolf. Though, if a werewolf is very very good at controlling when they shift, they can bring out some pointier canines and claws because those are the first things to change, but that’s as far as it can go before they’re just going all the way to big wolf.
Oh and their eyes can glow.
werewolves lore AnonymousAnonymous asked:
Is it possible for Eli to hurt the MC while he is in his wolf form, or is he capable to recognize them somehow?
Another werewolf might be a danger to the MC, but Eli won’t hurt them.
But that possibility is why humans are fearful of werewolves and werewolves usually live apart from humans.

When you mean Rook is demiromantic and not very "Fae", what do you mean? (I can identify with him, for many years I did not know how to identify myself)
twincovesgame answered:
Fae are very casual about romance and sex, and Rook isn’t. He takes it more seriously and doesn’t develop romantic feelings for someone unless there is a strong emotional connection. Faeries… don’t really do strong emotional connections often.
We were talking about my boy Rook yesterday and I just wanted to reblog this as this was talked about a while ago. Rook is demisexual and demiromantic. Part of why his route is a such a slow burn is that he genuinely has no attraction to the MC at first. He has to get to know them and develop a (reluctant) friendship with them.
Most of his fellow fae think Rook is odd, having no interest in taking casual lovers and turning down their orgy invites. He tried living the debauched lifestyle of most noble young fae… and hated it.
He has since accepted himself for who he is and enjoys spending most of his time with his books.
