If Attack is greater than Defense, Tyrogue evolves into Hitmonlee at level 20.
If Attack is less than Defense, Tyrogue evolves into Hitmonchan at level 20.
If Attack is equal to Defense, Tyrogue evolves into Hitmonchan at level 20.
