Yes | Report Drink a lot of water all starting a few days before the test. Then follow the directions on the box. Make sure you pee a few times before the test, and pee for a few seconds before you pee in the sample cup. Worked for me, but I don't have that much body fat. Yes | Report It will give you instructions how to use it. Basic info is 1. Drink the bottle. 2. Fill the bottle up with water a couple times with water and drink it. 3. Do it with in a couple hours before a test. 4. You want to flush your system with water and allow time to do this. Advised to drink 4-5 bottles of water until pee is nice and clean looking. 5.
