On the new iOS 9 beta 1, I am getting an "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" alert stating that "Until this developer has been trusted, their enterprise apps will not be available for use."

Does anyone know how I can trust my distribution certificate on this device and test my enterprise apps?

Settings.app -> General -> Profile -> Select Profile -> Trust

I am not getting this option in Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management

I do not see an option that is only Settings -> General -> Profiles

Hi, you must use mdm profile for your account. By installing MDM profile related to your account the is no trusting step for your enterprise app

As of iOS 15 the correct path is Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
