Animal Crossing: New Horizons underwent server maintenance and details on version 1.1.4 was first announced here (via Nintendo Japan support Twitter). The full, official, English patch notes are below.
Ver. 1.1.4 (Released April 5, 2020)
The software has been updated if you see “Ver. 1.1.4” in the upper-right corner of the title screen.
General updates
Egg appearance rates adjusted For April 1st through April 11th
Increased egg appearance rates on April 12th.
Fixed scarab beetle model glitch with Flick
The update appears to have adjusted the rate at which certain Bunny Days eggs will appear (including the extreme amount of egg balloons flying over the island every minute), and players who have not gotten many eggs will be able to find a lot more on April 12, the final Bunny Day where Zipper appears again.
