Using the Marquee tool
“- [Voiceover] Now that we have modeled all the stories in the project. Like, if I go to the basement, the ground floor or first floor, we have elements in all of them. If I press F3 to go to the 3D, we can see that we have pretty much everything modeled. I'm gonna go back to the plan and on this modeling process, we need to find new and better ways to visualize everything we're modeling. Because everything we do here in 2D has an effect in the 3D. One way to do that, is by using the Marquee Tool. The Marquee Tool is just here below the Arrow Tool. I can click on it and then we draw a Marquee on the project. Okay, the Marquee is useful for three things. One, to do a 3D section. So, if I right click anywhere here in the canvas, you see we have the option here to show the Marquee in 3D. So, Show Selection/Marquee in 3D or you can use the shortcut F4 in the Mac and F5 in the windows. So, I'm going to click on it here and Marquee Cut is going to do a 3D Section of that marquee but as you…
