How do I get to Old Trafford on a matchday?
Old Trafford is easy to access with excellent road and public transport routes. You can view maps and directions to Old Trafford in our Getting Here section, which contains essential information and links on getting to and from the stadium by car, train, tram or bus.Are there any items I am not allowed to bring into the stadium?
Your health and safety and that of others is of paramount importance to us. Therefore, we do have a list of items that are prohibited inside the stadium. Before your visit please familiarise yourself with the list of prohibited items.What should I do if I have lost or left an item at Old Trafford?
If you believe that you have lost an item in or around the Old Trafford stadium please contact lost property via email: [email protected] or by telephone on +44 (0)161 676 7770.
Lost property is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
You should contact us as soon as you believe that you have lost an item in or around the stadium as we do not keep items that are found indefinitely.
To claim an item you will need to provide identification and some evidence of ownership.
What's the minimum age for a fan attending a game alone?
Manchester United recognises its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all children visiting Old Trafford and has a commitment to practice which protects them. As part of this commitment, Under-16 match tickets cannot be booked without an adult in the booking. Any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 or over.
Can I travel by bicycle or motorbike to Old Trafford?
If you travel to Old Trafford by bicycle, we offer free cycle racks on the following car parks: N2 (Sir Alex Ferguson Stand), E2 (East Stand) and W2 (West Stand). Please note you will need to use your own secure bike lock. Bicycles must not be secured in any other areas across the Old Trafford stadium site at any time. Bicycles secured outside of authorised cycle racks will be promptly removed for security reasons, which may result in damage for which the club will not be held liable. For those supporters who wish to travel to home matches by motorbike, we do ask you to purchase a standard car park space, either in advance or on the day of the game. Motorcycle parking is available on car park N3 and N4 (subject to availability) and costs the same price as parking a vehicle, currently £10.00. For non-match days motorcycle parking is available and free to visitors of the Museum & Tour and Megastore on car park E2.How do I get a special message announced at a game or put on the scoreboard?
Requests should be emailed to [email protected] at least three working days before your chosen game. Please note that due to the number of requests we receive, we are unable to make any guarantees that your request will be announced or displayed, but we will try our best to accommodate as many requests as possible.How do I get a special birthday message in the Matchday Programme?
