Joined May 27, 2019 Messages 585 Reaction score 1 Always get mine overseas because the Vitamin B12 helps your body use fat and carbohydrates for energy and make new protein......It also important for normal blood, cells, and nerves. ... I have a friend who has Serious vitamin B12 deficiency and he gets anemia, stomach problems, and nerve damage....
