    We loved Vivienne and though vivi would be cute for short and it means alive

    Vivienne was one of the first girl names my husband and I liked. He preferred the French spelling and pronunciation.

    The name is very feminine and fits her perfeclty but I don’t love that I will be correcting people on spelling/ pronunciation of her name.

    I choose it for how it sounds and what it means ‘alive’ which definitely suits her. I love the way it’s spelled, it’s not a common name in our area.
