In the meantime, here are a few general suggestions that may help alleviate your discomfort: stay hydrated: drink plenty of water to help flush out your urinary system and dilute your urine, which may reduce the burning sensation. Avoid irritants: avoid consuming beverages or foods that may irritate your urinary system, such as caffeine, alcohol, spicy foods, and acidic foods. Urinate frequently: emptying your bladder regularly can help reduce the concentration of irritants and bacteria in your urinary tract. Practice good hygiene: make sure to keep your genital area clean and dry to prevent the spread of bacteria. Avoid using harsh soaps or hygiene products that may irritate the urethra. Apply a warm compress: placing a warm compress or taking a warm bath may provide temporary relief for discomfort in your testicles.

Hello sir, it is a normal phenomenon of the body which lets the scrotum shrink and draw testes upwards when it is too cold outside. As the testes require 2 degree less temperature from the body for spermatogenesis, they hang below and away from the body, dartos muscles helps in regulating the temperature around the testicles. There is nothing fearful in the size of penis. It will erect normally on arousal with normal blood flow in the penis.

Penile burning sensation is a feeling of burning, redness, warmth or swelling in the genitals, particularly in the penis. This is usually a sign of infection. Wear loose-fitting, breathable underwear and pants in soft fabrics. You don’t want to wear anything that could rub against your penis and irritate it more. Keep your penis clean. Wash it with warm water and soap every day in the shower. If your foreskin is intact, gently pull it back and wash underneath. Also wash the base of your penis and testicles. Watch for a thick, white substance under your foreskin called smegma. If it builds up, bacteria can multiply and cause balanitis. Dry your penis thoroughly. Gently pat— don’t rub — with a towel.See your doctor if your skin’s draining pus.Your doctor can prescribe an antibiotic cream or ointment to help it heal.
