Warm Vanilla Milk Recipe

Ingredients 1x2x3x

Warm Vanilla Milk Ingredients

  • 1 (2-inches) Vanilla bean
  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • mini marshmallows to serve (optional)

Instructions

  • Split 1 (2-inch) vanilla bean lengthwise in  half. Scrape the seeds out and set aside along with the pods.    
  • Scald 2 cups whole milk; remove from heat. Stir in scraped vanilla seeds and pods and sugar. Let sit, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.    
  • Remove vanilla pods and transfer milk to 2 mugs. Top with min marshmallows, if desired.
