It is the first skyscraper commissioned by the developer, Karimpol Group, a developer of office and business parks in Europe. With 42 stories, it offers 49,000 m2 of leasable space with the lower levels dedicated to retail.

The concept is derived from the complexity of sea waves and the local vernacular of carved ornamental detailing on facade elements.

Located at the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna streets in the CBD, the 35-story and 10-story office buildings open to a large, landscaped plaza, with a pedestrian path that winds between them.
