The Gifted is a popular American television series that premiered on FOX in October 2017. It is set in the X-Men universe and has become a fan favorite due to its mix of action, drama, and sci-fi elements. The show follows a suburban family where the parents, Reed and Caitlin Strucker (played by Stephen Moyer and Amy Acker respectively), discover that their two teenage children, Lauren (Natalie Alyn Lind) and Andy (Percy Hynes White), have mutant abilities. In this world, mutants are widely feared and hunted, so the family must go on the run and join a group of underground mutants in order to survive.

The leader of the underground mutants is Marcos Diaz (Sean Teale) who goes by the name Eclipse, and his girlfriend Lorna Dane (Emma Dumont) who goes by the name Polaris. Both are powerful mutants who are fighting for the survival of their kind in a dangerous world.

Jamie Chung plays the role of Clarice Fong aka Blink, a mutant with teleportation powers. Blair Redford plays John Proudstar aka Thunderbird, a mutant with superhuman senses and strength. Coby Bell plays Jace Turner, a government agent tasked with capturing mutants. Skyler Samuels plays the Frost sisters, triplets with telepathic abilities. Elena Satine plays Esme, one of the Frost sisters.

Throughout the course of the show, the Struckers and their mutant allies are hunted by Sentinel Services, a government agency that tracks and captures mutants. Along the way, they encounter other mutant groups and individuals, some of whom are friendlier than others.

The Gifted proves to be a thrilling and action-packed series that explores important themes such as family, acceptance, and persecution. It is filled with gripping plot twists and incredible visual effects that make it a visual feast as well.

16. oMens February 26, 2019 Reeva prepares to carry out her plan for the Inner Circle, but not everyone is on the same page. Reed struggles to manage his powers and the family realizes that without enough of the serum, it's only a matter of time before he completely loses control. Frustrated and egged on by Benedict Ryan, Jace and the Purifiers are on the attack, but for Jace, things aren't as black and white as they once were.

15. Monsters February 19, 2019 Lauren can't access her powers when it matters most, leaving Caitlin to take matters into her own hands when they are being pursued. Reeva finally reveals her plan for the Inner Circle and it's darker than anyone could have imagined. Meanwhile, Jace confronts some regrets about his actions and is torn between pressures from the Purifiers and his own beliefs.

However, tensions flare between Blink and Thunderbird as they confront their differences.

8. the dreaM November 27, 2018 In attempts to stabilize Reed's powers, Reed, Caitlin and Lauren meet with Dr. Risman, a doctor who treats patients with debilitating X genes. However, Lauren finds out Dr. Risman is not who she thought she was. Following the Inner Circle's bank ambush, Thunderbird and Blink continue to work together to chase them down. Meanwhile, Polaris reflects on her troubled relationship with her father and takes steps to protect Dawn from the Inner Circle.
