Are there any obstacles ,trees, fences ,gates ,overhead wires etc? Normally 3’ - 4’ of

extra clearance - length and height is required in order to set your structure.

Buildings require at least 2 extra feet of width to get building onto your property.

Example : 8 wides = 10 ft, 10 wides = 12 ft, 12 wides = 14 ft, etc.

READY FOR DELIVERY

Once your structure is ready to be delivered, a representative of Iron Horse Transportation will contact you 24 - 72 hrs prior to set up a delivery date.

All deliveries are made with semi trucks and +/- 40ft trailers. Each truck is equipped with a mule shed mover designed to maneuver your building into place if not accessible by truck .

We do our best to keep delivery appointments!

Occasionally deliveries can get delayed due to bad weather, equipment malfunctions,difficult deliveries earlier in the day, or extended mileage due to permit route. We will do our best to notify you if any of these issues occur!

Average time frame for delivery from the dealership is 5-10 business days.

Average time for custom order is approximately 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays and/or weekends) Iron Horse Transportation delivery days are Mon - Fri.

Average setup time is 30 min - 1 hour.

Difficult deliveries after 2 hours are charged at a rate of $100 a hour
